A very clean and fairly well-equipped flat and bathroom in a block of flats. Well-stocked refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven. Breakfast offered as a self-service. The centre of the town is approximately 15-20 minutes' walk away from the lodging.
Contrary to what is described on the bookings website, WiFi is not available on the premises. Internet access originally offered in the form of a 3g modem to be used on the owner's laptop. The owner later agreed to supply another 3g modem with a data sim card which he let me use for the duration of my stay. This may be a problem to someone without a usb port, E.G. iPAD users. The Antonhouse does not have a reception; the door bell is unmarked, which means you have to agree the time of your arrival in advance. The owner did send me a mail message enquiring about my arrival details, but the message somehow ended up in my spam folder. However, the owner quickly arrived following my phone call.

Great hospitality, very friendly. The rooms are big and the terrace was great to take breakfast. The breakfast was also very good. Will surely go back one day.
There was no bath.

if you do not have a car it's a bit difficult to get around. It can be a very long walk to the beach and the city center

The fact that the owner was not present and you had to make contact by mobile phone to gain access to the apartment. The fact that I received an email after the time I could change my booking telling me the apartment I had booked was in a different location 600 m away. The fact that this is not really a guest house at all just a holiday flat poorly located down a back street but charging prices of better located places. The fact the the owner insisted on being paid cash and was only interested in being sure he got his money. The fact that cleaning equipment was placed in the kitchen while we were out and we were told an extra charge would be made if it was not cleaned and yet there was rubbish from the previous occupants left in the kitchen. It was small and the fittings were all of a very basic standard. The toiletries provided were empty bottles maybe of previous guests?products

Great place spotlessly clean would recommend
Maybe just a little pricey, I guess this is reflected in the overall quality of the accommodation
